Frank Martínez González, was born 1972 in Havana and studied until 2000 at the art-academies “San Alejandro “ and ISA. He is – like most of the here presented graphic artists – a student of Angel Ramírez. His works have been various times awarded and participated in 60 expositions in 9 countries. „I try not to loose the connections between things,
the theoretical presentations of ideas, the rhythm, the emotional, the
unforeseen and the pure expressive elements [….] From these motivations,
which unite artist and man, emanate vivid scenes of creolian humor and
naked poesy”. |
